Trattoria with style in a small village perched outside Varzi. The card is interesting: traditional dishes with inevitable salami of their production next to proposals different from the usual (such as Karbor rice). All performed very well. The dish not to be missed is the juniper with polenta.

The first time mixed and capricious sausages with polenta, the second time ravioli of meat and caramelized ribs. All very good, value for money. Top cuts, the rest good but nothing exceptional. I personally think that 35€ for the tasting menu are a little too many seen the portions and since they do not pass for a second round. Recommended
