Bidrage med feedbackThis is a very fun place and takes me back to New Orleans every time I eat here. So far, I have eaten half the menu and have not had a bad meal yet! The food is authentic in every way and a few ad lib extras for good measure. As a former chef and aficionado of Cajun cuisine, I highly recommend it.
This has been our go to eatery since they started in Four Corners. The andoulle sausage is superb. Splitting a sandwich and a bowl of beans was lunch. I make Cajun food as good as anyone but some things they do better. The last time I went, the bread seemed different. Not chewy. My wife went to Bozeman and got a Philly cheesesteak, her favorite. She brought half home for me. It was a soggy mess. Before, we could bring half home and eat it the next day. Amazing the difference bread can make.
This is a local place and it's got a great atmosphere. DO NOT go here if you're in a hurry, they are very slow! The food is pretty good, so if you're craving cajun go for it!
Lunch special (gumbo w Philly chicken sandwich) with waffle fries were all fantastic. Better gumbo than most places in LA.
Who would have thought here in the snowy Montana, there is this authentic southern food cafe. We ordered a lobster roll, a seafood gumbo and a crawfish etouffee, every single one is 5 out of 5. Since We arrived 4pm in a Friday afternoon, there are only two other tables here, I can see how packed this place can be when it's dinner time since the food is too good for its price. Highly recommended.
