Leon de Bruxelles - Bourges

The bouchots mussels were a killer! We had fun. Just a small flat, a little too much salt in the mussels to my taste.

A lot of waiting. Arrival at 9:20pm and order 30 min. A lot of people may explain. Gratin molds pesto chorizo good but a little dry and too salty (too chorizo and salty pesto it covers too much the taste of the molds. A waitress at the top bar and is super pleasant, but cantine rush atmosphere. Very noisy kitchen behind the bar, like a canteen. I expected better for a first visit to Leon.

The mussels and fries were excellent. I loved the decor. On the other hand, I didn't like the seasoning of my salmon tartar that was also cut into too big dice.

On the holiday return route, we stopped in this brewery. I think prices on some dishes are a little excessive.
