La Forge - Le Subdray

Great time spent at the Forge, refined cuisine and beautiful presentation. With a very affordable price. The couple of this hotel is very welcoming. I highly recommend this address.

What a surprise, a warm welcome and an explosion of flavor from the beginning to the end of the meal. A very tasty presentation and mixtures. Thanks again to all of us, we will return regularly (just to examine this noisy noise of your hood above the terrace that ruins the tranquility of the place, what damage)

I put 5 stars when I appreciate the moment, but this restaurant would deserve more. The Berruyère address for residents or tourists. The menu, I think every day mixes local products and seasons with talent. Cocktails are perfect, creative dishes and a difficult taste to find other addresses. Gourmet at 39€ in the evening, but don't hesitate to book for a noon. For a scandalously low price: €17.5 the flat menu serves a delicious coffee and a small entrance at the beginning of the meal (see photo, this melon gaspacho day, always a pleasure even for me who does not like melon), with products perhaps easier than at night but a creativity at the rendezvous, impossible to disappoint. Already several delicious meals and I hope more in the future. It is impossible to comment on this restaurant at the height of my estimate for the chef and his employees. The quintessence of French cuisine: taste, imagination, while remaining accessible. Keep going.

Bourges- Le Subdray by bike to go to the restaurant. We were greeted with the smile and we were able to park the bikes in the garden. Then, fairy! sublime dishes. Great wines. Menus at 40€ with entrance, dish, dessert. It is not to mention the mouthing, the pre dessert, then the small complement with the coffee. Just excellent. An ultra shy chef and probably more comfortable in front of his products than in front of customers. Anyway, happiness in a nice setting. Thank you!

Nice welcome. We tested the menu Initiation gastronomic . It was an enchantment. Nice creations mixed with multiple flavors.. to finish. visit and surprise of the chef. We'll tell you soon.
