Kasa Japanese Sushi And - Boulder

When I went to the door, I knew I would be impressed and satisfied. This is a real Japanese experience with carefully selected foods and especially fish. Mimi the owner is so friendly, energetic and funny! Sit at the bar if you want to have a fun cultural experience or under the Japanese indoor umbrellas where you can watch Sake and people. Definitely a hidden jewel! My new favorite sushi bar.

Fantastic meal! They offer a warm Yuzu citrus drink that is quite delicious. Seaweed Salat was good. The Udon noodle soup can be prepared with vegetables or seafood. I chose the slightly spicy version that added to the taste. Your salmon steak was disgusting! The salmon is actually the same type used for sushi as our server explains. I'm coming to Kasa!

Excellent quality fish, limited but workable GF options for my wife, beautiful ambience, would like to go back. Had some tuna and salmon specialties, drinking Yuzu, small salad, rolling Kasa-Junge and edamame that were all excellent.

Great food, attentive service and a really nice open, clean atmosphere. The yuzu-cha was a great start to the meal on a cool, drizzly day, and the sweet, resinous citrus was a perfect companion to a hamachi jalepeno sashimi special we ordered to start the meal. The aged tofu and softshell crabs both had the perfect light crunchy outside, and the Udon soups were hearty and filled without being an intestinal bomb.

Service was amazing. Atmosphere was very comfortable. Food was fantastic. I highly recommend this place and will visit again.
