Pizza Colore - Boulder

Friendly counter service NYC style pizza by the slice, bur at around $5 per piece. The thin crust had a nice crust edge, but was totally limp in the middle and almost soggy, the pizza sauce was tasty. There was not much cheese on it but it had that "good "pizza oil/grease flavor that makes it enjoyable.

Pretty cool place. The entire kitchen is straight in front of you while you are in line so you get to see the pizza get made right in front of you. Employees are hard working and friendly. Prices are higher than I would like to pay on a regular basisbut are low prices for Pearl Street. I got a 12 pepperoni and shared it with my son. It was $16.50 after a $2 tip. It tookaround 12 minutes for the pizza to be finished and brought out to our table. I ended up getting another slice because I wasstill hungry after eating 5/8ths of the pizza. The slice had a 3 toppings and was $5.80 including a 1$ tip. All the pizza wasvery, very good.

This pizzeria is from the high pizza quality east coast (because it's true) is so good that my daughter here has eaten three times during our 4-day stay in boulder. if they don't think that imposingly, they actually sell gluten-free pizza in the disc!

Delicious and authentic Ny slices. Bought a pie and it was better than expected! Will definitely be back.

Very friendly and inviting atmosphere! Pizza was delicious! Definitely a go to if in the Boulder CO area!!
