Piedmont cuisine revisited, with special dishes. portions not too abundant. only true sin: the plinths lack in the classic sughetto, perhaps a day thing. for the rest excellent dinner with slightly higher prices than usual. friendly and kind service. four stars; highly recommended. Congratulations!

Very nice and wide place. very kind staff. but a few considerations: the tunaed calf is very interesting but eye to the salt. the joke is delicious but the onions above raw (in my opinion of course) have little to do with a delicious meat! but above all a thought about wine: it happens to end the supplies but mark on the wine card those that lack because after 4 requests I was seriously resigned .... and 4 were really many

We were totally by coincidence driving throught Borgo San Dalmazzo in Piemonte and started to look around for a small restaurant. A local place serving typical Italian dishes in a non fashonable style was what we wanted .... and that 's exactly what we found! Genuine local dishes, all prepared ' a la casa ', a gentle easy style and great local products... it was all there... wonderful! Extra detail : upon arrival we asked to see the wine menu...that didn 't exist...a few minutes later we were down in the beautiful wine cellar of the restaurant picking our choice amongst a fantastic selection of Barolos Barbarescos... heaven :
