McDonald's Bomaderry

While on a long road trip and in need of a quick meal, we placed an order but waited half an hour with no food in sight. The restroom was extremely dirty and had clearly not been cleaned in a while. When we inquired about our food, we found the floor covered in spilled drinks and food scraps. The staff told us the food was not ready and that the managers would assist us. However, when the rude managers finally arrived, it took another ten minutes to process a refund with no apology. There seemed to be no instructions in place for the employees to clean the restaurant, as the place was a mess. It was concerning to see the potential for a safety hazard with all the spilled water and cluttered area. Overall, the experience was disappointing and I worry about the consequences if health authorities were to inspect the unsanitary conditions behind the counter.

McDonald's was a disappointing experience. The food was carelessly prepared, with burgers sloppily assembled on the buns. The employees seemed more focused on their own tasks, displaying a nonchalant attitude towards customers. The overall lack of attention to detail and customer service was evident. It seems that the management at this location could use some improvement, as it reflects poorly on the staff. I recommend visiting a different McDonald's location to see if the experience is better. This particular location in Nowra did not meet expectations and I would not recommend spending money here.

The service at this McDonald's was awful. When we arrived, none of the staff seemed interested in serving us, even though they noticed we were there. When we finally requested to place an order, one employee was exceptionally rude for such a simple request. I understand that McDonald's employees are required to wear gloves now, but none of the staff, including those handling food, were wearing gloves.

Close to 12, coming from a wedding and maccas is the only place open, we came here at 1055, they are open, but say closed for reasons of mangements. Pretty bad effort for a wedding full of 100 people waiting for food and being rejected. Strange. Not recommend to everyone.

Approaching at 8pm I thought the place was closed, dark outside and dull inside. The girl doing coffee's couldn't give a rip, bordering on rude, had appaling customer service skills and treated like we were an inconvenience. Her attitude reflected in our purchase, which certainly...was NOT enjoyable and didn't get fully consumed. No more visits to this place for me.
