The Rockpool Cafe - Stokes Bay

Great location close to the beach. Not open all year round so best to check. Licensed but only after 12 noon so we weren't able to get a couple of ciders. Has indoor outdoor seating. Limited but good menu. Our orders had beautifully fresh salad as an accompaniment. Both the calamari and the King George whiting we cooked to perfection the only gripe that the whiting portion of 1 files could have been a bit more for the price but can understand due to the location. Well worth a lunch if you are in the area of Stokes Bay.

Wonderful cafe open 11- last orders 4.45pm (closes at 5). The chef makes everything really yummy and the coffee is consistently good. Always fresh seafood on the menu. The buffalo wings were a special favourite with delicious home-made sweet chilli sauce. Loved every meal and thank you so much to all the lovely people who work there!

Lovely little shack like Cafe right on the coast in a beautiful location. Was clean, beautiful art work and decor. Enough on the menu to choose from for all and in my opinion large meal size and fairly/similarly priced to other local cafes within KI. Food was beautiful and service was lovely.

Loved the location of this cafe and the staff were very friendly and welcoming but the food is very expensive! We both ordered a seafood cone which was $29 each. We don’t mind paying that amount if getting a good quantity however there’s not much to it. Only one prawn, one scallop, couple of squids and a thin small piece of fish with the slightest amount of salad. The cone was filled 3/4 with chips. Great vibe inside and outside the cafe. Cute resident joey’s wandering around and a chook. The walk to the rocks and up over the hill was spectacular.

Absolutely loved this place! The food was Soo fresh, delicious and generous (in its serving size). I loved the taste of the spice mix used in the batter. Such a cute cafe with a cosy seating area. The coffee was also very on point. Would absolutely recommend if you're in KI.
