A&w Canada - Blairmore

Even though we bought gas at the attached FasGas and a breakfast sandwich at A&W, they wouldn’t let us use the washroom. They didn’t say it was out or order, which it wasn’t, they just said use one “down the road”. The exact same thing happened to a friend a week later. We forgot to tell him not to stop there. Since then we’ve told everyone. It used to be our regular stop through the Pass. Never again.

The restaurant offers delicious food and excellent service in a convenient location.

The traffic heading East is bumper to bumper and the line up for food and gas is like nothing I have seen but the service here was great. Very friendly staff and the burgers were exactly what we were looking for.

This is the worst coffee I have ever tasted. They were unable to follow basic instructions.

Worst experience I've had at an a&w. The cooks had absolutely zero sense of urgency and were only working one order at a time, leaving us waiting for almost half an hour during our trip. Fast food means fast. I could have gotten my food faster in a regular sit in restaurant. Everyone was waiting, not just me and the servers couldn't have cared less. Better time management is needed. If you can't cook more than one fast food item at a time you shouldn't be working in food at all. By the time I got my food it had been rushed so my toast was literally bread and I have raw eggs on my plate.
