The White Bull At Ribchester

Called in for lunch a wet Saturday and we’re warmly welcomed. What an amazing friendly team. A really cosy pub, with a welcoming atmosphere. Local beers on tap great selection of spirits, the staff know what they are talking about. The food is local sourced and caters for every taste and the portions are good too. You won’t leave hungry. As we were staying in Ribchester we came back for Sunday lunch and we’re not disappointed either. What a fabulous pub.

Amazing place. Every single member of staff was friendly and welcoming, the pub is very oldy worldy and the atmosphere is one that I would return time and time to experience.Food was excellent (pie day Wednesday) but what made this so special for us is that the sign dogs and muddy boots welcome isn't just a statement- my dog was made to feel really welcome with fuss, treats and waterIf youre in the area, especially if exploring with dogs do not miss this place

We stayed at this restaurant for one night and were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The staff we encountered during our stay were friendly and helpful. Our picturesque double room was beautiful and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed (although we missed having biscuits in the coffee bowl). The evening meal was delicious with a variety of options to choose from- I had the best cheesecake I have ever tasted and my partner quickly devoured the lamb dish. The atmosphere in the pub was cozy and friendly, we enjoyed sitting by the open fire and sipping our drinks. Breakfast was tasty and served with a lovely chat with the owners. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return when we are in the area again.

The Chickenburger Sunday roast was lacking in gravy, but the sticky toffee pudding was delicious. My wife received good service. I would definitely return to this restaurant.

This is a lovely pub/restaurant with a cozy fireplace and a welcoming staff. It's in a great location, perfect for a scenic walk. The food is delicious, with a diverse menu to choose from. The bar offers a nice selection of drinks. The staff is attentive and remembers your order without having to be reminded. I'm certain there is a special communication among the team. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
