Worst service by far, was put on hold and the takeaway was acting like a call center. When food arrived, after a whole hour and an additional 10 minutes on the phone to the takeaway, items were missing and one of the chicken strips were uncooked! Then, had to ring again to get them to send over the missing food. Very, very disappointed, won't be ordering from here again. Their service has never been like this.

Food is disgusting, overpriced drinks, the layout of the seating area is awful, would advise to stay clear

The delivery missed off half the order, when we rang up to confirm they said we were at fault and all the food was there. When we asked if they did falafel, they said yes and then missed it off, then when we rang they said we didn’t do it. A comedy of errors and then no acceptance of fault, and no compensation for wasting our time. Wouldn’t recommend it even if it was free

I have never ordered from this particular place before but having being recommended by someone thought I would give it a go and I was absolutely appalled by the service the driver wasn’t aware of where to deliver with perfectly given instructions and I was made to walk in the rain towards the delivery driver to collect my food in the pouring rain after receiving my food all the sauces had spilled all over the cans of pop I was disgusted with how I was treated I definitely won’t be ordering from them anymore

First of the all the food is not a problem but the customer service is terrible . I made a ordered to be deliver tonight and when the driver arrived he rang me and very rudely said I can’t find your flat come and get your food in a very disrespectful manner and very threatening definitely won’t be using again
