As every year was french dinner to four hips, this time a fantastic delicious gans in the restaurant boddensee. indisputably, we like to sit here in the summer on the veranda. then the four goose bumps came. so crispy was nothing, with two cubs fell smoky skin without end immediately. completely boiled, nothing baked, by sous vide no trace. the flesh was tough, we let the greatest part go back. as we like to cook ourselves, fry, bake, we know how it goes right this was 2 cheaper gans cooked. we will limit our visit here to the summer.
