Little Venice - Binghamton

Wow, I have always loved and enjoyed LV. Tonight, the drink service was very, very slow to get our cocktails. Then, dinner took even longer. No matter how good the food is, service needs to be on par. As a patron for almost 50 years, I was surprised about the slow service. I was here for another visit and updated the stars.

I have been eating here for couple times. Foods are great, sometimes the food can be a little salty, but overall it’s good.

A trip to Binghamton is not complete without a visit to Little Venice. Fantastic Italian food served by very nice staff, what's not to like? I stick with the fresh pasta myself and since I can't choose a favorite, I go with the Pasta Lovers. You get a choice of three and the whole list is delicious. Most recently I chose the spaghetti with a meat log, ravioli, and the fettuccine alfredo. Manicotti and lasagna are also options. Anyway, it was all delicious! Our server was also really sweet! Our order was ready on time and as usual everything was delicious. Ordered way more than we needed, but now we have lunch tomorrow and still more leftovers for everyone to take home with them.

We’ve been going there about 40 years, the last time we were there the meatlogs have changed, more compacted. The pasta was soaked soggy. Maybe it was a one time thing, but others we spoke to said it’s changed too. May try again, but the craving is not there anymore.
