Do you need atmosphere if you have great food? The service is friendly and efficient. But the food is the star of the show. I grew up in Colorado and my family still lives there and they rave about El Pulpo. The food here felt authentic Mexican, and I was happy to see delicious vegan options. FYI, I have the confirmation that the fried beans do not contain a Lard, so it is vegan friendly.

We love this place. We eat there anytime we can get there. The menu is extensive. The owners are always on site and will always do their best to accommodate special dietary needs.I had shrimp ceviche the last time. It was delicious and fresh.Please don't judge El Pulpo by the curb appeal or you will miss out on a wonderful dining experience.Dietary restrictions: El Pulpo can make almost any dish Gluten Free.
