Not only eating is great, it is a cool atmosphere. I can't wait to go back soon! bombing place for a cold!

Hello. I'm probably biased because I'm working here on the island, but I can't eat any rips. I will let michael and categorize on all the wonderful reviews they have received. as for the person who said it took 2 hours to get her food. only in the summer when they came, was one of the most beautiful summers I saw in this. they are therefore both busy with many people. this is the only restaurant and bar on the lake. with the small kitchen and the small staff we make the best we can make them comfortable, relaxed and entertaining. also we are on an island in the middle of the sea. we can't just call for help. twice waitress and a cook can no longer handle over a hundred people. I'm sorry they had a bad experience and would love it if they gave us another try.

The best food in Alaska, the ownership/management are truly the kindest, unselfish people I was blessed to have befriended. A must go to restaurant if you are in the Wassilla area

Two things, this is the best food, best service, OK three things, and best ownership you will ever find in a restaurant. I live in New England, I have ate at fine restaurants in New York City, Boston, and I truly believe Cathleen is better than any chef around. She makes everything, the salads are AMAZING, best steak I ever had. I would eat there every night if it wasnt such a long ride. I will be back, I have some unfinished business to attend to on the pool table. Not only great food, but great entertainment, thank you Mike and Cathleen, I love you guys like family, SEE YOU SOON!!!
