Gumbo was good! It tastes to me more like Jambalaya but only because I do a dark roux and I do seafood but this was excellent! Been in Floaters a few times. Best cajun food in alaska tried the alligator, the gumbo, and the jambalaya. The burgers are large the Floater burgers are all 1/2 pound and the prices are very reasonable, where else can you find a full ribeye steak dinner for $18 in the valley. Got about 20 beers on tap and old fashioned soda on tap try the orange creme or the Root Beer. I will definitely be back again.
