OMG. I just tasted some of the best smoked grilled meat I've ever tasted since I moved from the south to DMV 17 years ago. These ribs will beat you ya mama when she tries to take one of your plate. LOL The Mac and the cheese have been baked right. I can't wait to try some more items from the menu. Hardy BBQ Food Truck is the TRUTH!!!!

Huge pulled pig sandwich! Enjoy the Coleslaw and Mac and Cheese and I absolutely LOVED the beans!!

I picked up half a rack and wing yesterday. I still lick my fingers. Yum yum good. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed many of the dishes they have to offer at the new Bowie site. The pig is great, the ribs were amazing, and the fried chicken was also delicious!
