The Island Cove - Benllech

After hearing good things about the cakes at Island Cove I contacted them asking if they would make some cakes for an upcoming event, it was a bit last minute but the owner was very helpful and despite the short notice offered a wide variety of choices. They were made fresh the following day and I have to say they were fantastic, I had to dive in and grab a sample before they were snapped up. Thank you Island Cove, excellent friendly service.

We called in for a breakfast.. Wow, what a breakfast we got...It was brilliant. Well cooked, great produce, and we could sit inside with our dogs..... A proper hearty breakfast without the fuss. Ladies, you were excellent. Thankyou, and we'll be back for more.

Last day of hol so a great breakfast was needed before the drive home. Sat in and enjoyed the full English. Cooked to perfection. You know a cafe good when lots of builders come in. Brilliant place.

We discovered this cafe as another was closed but found it to be a wonderful querky place. The outside doesn't do it justice as inside it is cosy welcoming. Plus it's dog friendly with plenty of doggie treats on the menu.

Nice Sunday treat, bauble waffles. This cafe is cosy inside and has a nice seaside feel. Free parking is not far from the cafe and the beach is a few steps away. I could see people around eating different meals not just waffles and everything looked yummy.
