The cashier Angelique was extremely rude, I tried to buy a card because the machine self service did not change, so I went to the cashier and it seemed like she was brave, I looked at her directions and she just pointed to the menu, no words nothing. So I decide what I want to buy and then decided to talk after they do not say another word, no thank you nothing if it is not in the mood to work at a place where people come to have fun, they do not need to work here, it is very sad that you come to have fun and the first thing you see in this place is a very bad attitude of the staff

Pizza was surprisingly good! The staff stood at the top and the atmosphere was a large room with loud music and ALOT screaming children who had fun.

I wanted to plan a birthday party to not ask a nicer manager. Everything was helpful with what I had to do for a very special party. Would recommend anyone who wanted to make a party to go there. Have fun for the kids.

Some of the games were broken without a OUT OF ORDER sign. The young man at the reception was very welcoming and always had a hurry on his face! We will be back again, but please repair your machines from respect for your customers.

Came here for my son birthday to have a good time. Pizza was delicious but we had some problems with customer service. Error was made on our purchase, then we had to dispute with manager on something that should of been fixed from the start. Stressing customers out on what?s supposed to be a good day isn?t good for business. Manager came through in the end but they were acting like we wanted something free, we just want what we paid for.
