Candlewood Suites Bartlesville East

I stayed here several times. My last stay was pleasant. We had a nice chat with the woman who checked us. I did a lot of laundry that I probably should have done at home. It is free for guests. The beds are comfortable. We cooked breakfast in the room. It's like you have your own little apartment when you're on the go. I just stayed two nights. Once I stayed four and a half months in another Candlewood. You don't have breakfast or a pool.

The cable in the room didn't work. Asked if they fix it waited 2 hours for a new cable box to brought up and still didn't work. Lady at the front desk was very unprofessional. Asked why I got a discounted price on the room. No soap for the dishwasher only 1 towel in the room. Pans were burned on the bottom. Not enough silverware for 2 people eating the room. Asked for the silverware and asked in a very very rude way if we needed anything else. When the lady brought up the cable box she asked to be paid for going out of her way to do her job. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I have stayed at SO many hotels/motels in Bartlesville and this experience hands down was the worst. The room I stayed in was dirty and the carpets were disgusting and heavily stained. I wore socks the entire time because it was so bad. I literally felt like I had taken $70 and flushed it down the toilet. I mentioned how bad it was to the front desk and her response was I 'll tell the housekeepers. To top it off... I stayed one night to find that my SUV had been hit. Huge dent on the passenger door. Wish I had never booked at this hotel.

I made a reservation online and when I got to the hotel the clerk said there wasn't any available. When I said I had made the reservation through booking.com she looked and said here is one that checked out she proceeded to give me that room. It was a $45 deposit for my dog nonrefundable. That was not on the web . I took the room which seemed to take forever to get processed, she started over 2 or 3 times. As if that wasn't bad enough, when I got upstairs there was no towels, no clean cups or drinking cups, no hand towels, there was a used wash cloth hanging over the shower rod. There was a huge stain in the middle of the carpet. The bed did look like it had been changed. I slept in my clothes in my sleeping bag. I complained to manager next morning and he said sorry I won't stay at another candlewood suite again

SUPER clean, even allowed with dogs. No dog smells at the hotel. Very friendly, pleasant staff, including the random staff I brought into the halls. Free laundry and a workout room with basic equipment that makes the job. The room was much more than enough. Kitchenette was small but well designed and equipped with necessities. Very nice bathroom and a comfortable, clean bed. What else could you ask?!
