Burger King - Bartlesville

No sauce even though I asked. My wrap was absolutely disgusting, my kids meal didn't come with the drink. Burger King used to be good but I've noticed this one is really going down hill. Maybe new management is needed.

Yumm! This chicken Classic BK Royal Crispy Wrap Meal is amazing. Love the fresh fries/onion rings. The lemonade taste fresh too. Love love lovein it. Great work. Thank you

The manager was hollering at the top of her lungs at her crew members. They got our order wrong 3 times. The restaurant was a mess. We waited nearly an hour for our food and we were the only ones in the restaurant. When our order finally arrived it was cold. They charged me $19.81 for a cold burger and fries. The drink station smelled of mildew. The atmosphere was awful due to the manager continuing to yell and scream at her crew. I won't be back.

Lady said something threw the speaker and I tried to tell her to hold on please due to my daughters were fighting. Then started to make my order and no response. I know that you can hear at all times on those headsets I’ve used them before. So now I’m currently waiting to make my order at the the drive thru window.
