Bidrage med feedbackJust left this restaurant. We sat at the Bar, and I have to tell you we had above average service! Zack and John took amazing care of us. Our food was cooked perfectly and when ever we needed something these gentleman were fantastic. Polite, attentive and making sure we had everything we need. My daughter had a Virgin drink and She was so thrilled at how much they made it look just like a “real” one. These gentleman definitely made our meal and dinning experience fantastic. We will be back next time we are in town. Highly recommend sitting there with those gentlemen at the bar.
My boyfriend and his mom came to eat at the new restaurant and our service and food was amazing!! The service was very fast and our food came out super quick. Our server was Madyson H. and I would definitely recommend her to everyone! She’s very friendly and talkative and had our salads and food out super quick. All around a wonderful experience!
Relocation recently. They moved from the other side of the highway. It loses seats at 200 from the other locations 280. The loss of space you can tell, I felt cramped. The whole vibe of a steakhouse I feel is gone. Its too city modern now, instead of country. We were sat behind the welcome booth at an elevated table. Our waiter wasnt consistant, was friendly but drinks mostly stayed empty. Our food was good but an avergae good, I couldve grilled it better. I was craving the Bloomin Onion, we got it close to burnt. It had a real burnt bacon texture to it. The fries I wouldnt recommend anyone try. I dont see why they moved, I see no improvements just negatives. Food quality decline, Decor decline, Service same. I dont recommend and quite frankly I might not be back
The newly remodeled Applebee's now Outback is great. Visually appealing and pleasant to be in. I had gotten reconnected with Outback in the fall after being away about 15 years and was blown away by the food, so I was excited to bring my wife to the new location. Unfortunately we were underwhelmed. The gold coast coconut shrimp were smaller than I remember and a bit overcooked (certainly not worth the $15). And my wife's sirloin was not very warm. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen but something was off. Hoping for the restaurant's sake this was a one-of and not a trend. Rooting for them.
Rachel has been our server many times and she always seems to be happy and have a positive attitude and she always gives us great customer service skills. The food was good as usual I've noticed the sizes of the steaks are a little smaller and look different at lunch time than what I'm used to seeing in the evening. My co worker and I ordered 6 inch sirloins, they were cooked well.We had lunch there this afternoon. I always enjoy eating at the outback I did so regularly living in Charleston, WV now I'm in Hurricane WV and hope that they will put one here as well.
