Lake Louise Village Grill & Bar - Banff

One piece of advice: avoid this restaurant. When we arrived, the dining room was nearly empty compared to the other bustling restaurants in the area. Despite low expectations based on reviews, the menu was disappointing. The meat lacked flavor, the burgers were a disaster, and the service was poor - with employees more interested in their phones than serving customers. We ended up spending too much money on subpar food and service. Even if other restaurants are busy, I would not recommend dining here. It is simply not worth it.

Not many places in Lake Louise to eat, so this place was a last minute decision. First, it was very hot. They had a box fan blowing into the restaurant. We wanted something quick and easy so we ordered the burger. It was absolutely disgusting!! You could tell from the first bite it was just a frozen (maybe beef) pattie. The kind you buy in a grocery story and put in the microwave. We prayed ? a few times that night that we wouldn't get sick and have our trip ruined.The only positive thing I can say is the staff was very pleasant.

Great location. But the food is by far the lowest quality i had in the last 10 years. Everything is microwave heated and not freshly made.The basic of cheeseburger. My 7 year old kid didn't want to eat. Said it's taste like frozen food.

My experience here was actually pretty good. My salad was very fresh, and kids liked their fried rice and curry chicken. The waitress was polite and attentive. The restaurant is clean and has good window side view. By the way, it’s also one of the least expensive restaurants in Lake Louise area. People who complained about price probably never checked out the other restaurants nearby. We had 4 people, and we were not automatically charged for tips.

Wish i would have taken my wife 's advice, as she said "there 's really no one here. Was just hungry at the time, but regretted.
