Signature India - Ballwin

It was first order from Signature India. I ordered two goat fry biryani and request them to make it special like give little more rice. And they did it with a dessert. The biryani was so good. Up to the mark. The combination of spices with the meat was really good. I would love to order more.

The food was really good! The heat (spice) on the butter chicken is perfect just enough to warm you up! Just had an issue with the soda thumbs up being delivered. That's why 4 instead of 5 stars

Food was Awezummmmm, their signature special chicken biryani fry piece was ultimate night.

I ordered 3 boneless chicken biryani today and I was quite disappointed with the quality of food they served (broken rice and food seems to be spoiled) not at all tastes good.

We ordered tikka masala, Naan bread, and a stuffed green chili appetizer. Tikka masala was good. Not too spicy. Bread was good. Appetizer, not so much. The green chili was ok. It was the seasoning, I think, that was just off-putting to me. Maybe my pallet just wasn't used to those combinations of flavor but it was also the consensus of our entire table of five. Also, the only reason for 4 stars and not five was that our server didn't remove one dirty dish from our table. All in all, there are other Indian food restaurants I like better but if you're in the area you may like it. My wife and I shared the above meal and it was $31 before tip. We drank water.
