Charlotte's Rib Bbq - Ballwin

I had the brisket plate with her pommes and Slavs, and everything was just excellent. We could get extra sauce for our meat, and it was just a very good meal all around. The service was excellent and prompt. Overall, I have to give Charlotte's Rib 5 stars. We'll be back.

I thought I was back in Texas. Friendly people, great atmosphere and some of the best BBQ I've ever had. The beef breeze was tender and had a big smoke taste. The baked beans and Cole Slaw were just as good. You will not be disappointed!

Charlottes Rib's customer for almost 40 years. Although they have moved places, the food is exactly the same excellent. This is a hidden BBQ secret if you are not familiar with this restaurant. They are family and you will certainly get to recognize them every time they are in. My favorite is her cut beef breeze. Go on!

If you want a grandma home cooked style meal. Here ya go! They do everything in a ‘light’ manner. Very good bbq. Family style service.
