Kudos to the team on Route 59 in Naperville Illinois! I waited for about 5 minutes for brown rice to cook but it didn't turn out to standards. So I chose the white rice, no biggie. Needless to say, my meal was free because I waited. That is exemplary customer service.

Definitiw my least favorite chipotle. the orderings have been made at least once when ordered by the app. wrong meat, much more above the cilantro, missing items, etc. I annoy for a restaurant that I like. I guess I find another one in the opposite.

When it comes to the assessment of corporate restaurants, it is more about the location than the general business. this position of chipotle was very fair. cleanliness was a problem on the servier line and the tables. the gentleman who prepared our food was especially sloppy in making the dishes, and the müll was overflowing. but the food was happy. maybe a night for the crew.
