Bidrage med feedbackAttentive staff and great food. The fish burger was a bit spicy to my taste, and may have been rejected by someone with less tolerance. I still loved it. Served in time with a sesame bun and warm fries. Dear darling wife had a fantastic salad.
Lovely location with attentive and friendly staff. The food was yummy. We ordered the battered snapper which was cooked beautifully with a uniquely tasty batter, meat and greet burger, Moroccan chicken and a well cooked yummy scotch fillet. Ended the meal with a tiramisu, light and fluffy sticky date pudding and a mixed berry ice-cream. A very satisfying meal. Will definitely be recommending this restaurant to family and friends. Thank you Team Olive for a beautiful meal.
Scenic views. Excellent service. Cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Amazingly delicious food! One of the best places we ate in New Zealand! You have to drive uphill for around 15 minutes to get there. The nature surrounding the way up is amazing. It's a very pleasant drive. We chose the Oliver Plate and the Lamb Cutlets. Both dishes were just amazingly flavourful! Certainly the best Lamb Cutlets we ever had! The diversity of food and flavours in the Oliver Plate is surprisingly good. All our expectations were exceeded. As for the dessert, we went for the Mixed Berry Real Fruit ice cream. Indeed real fruit! Amazing flavour and make. You should try it as well.
Amazing food! Had the Wednesday night steak and chips meal, and it was absolutely delicious! The steak was melt in your mouth tender. Chips with the jus was perfect. Highly recommend the food and the setting is just fantastic.
Where to start... okay, the service. The staff are beyond amazing even though it's a Monday evening and our party of 6 and another couple were the only ones, we were well looked after. We had a birthday dinner in the Dome $60 hire fee). The weather is wet, cold and miserable but you wouldn't know while dinning within the Dome. There were blankets and a heater. And your own little bluetooth speaker for music. The ambience was marvelous. The food was on another level not only exceptional but with the current climate great value for money. For entrée we had the seafood platter for 2, Sigara borek, bread n dips, steamed muscle pot. For mains we had scotch fillet, lamb cutlets and lamb shank. The mains were about $32ea and entrees averaged $15ea. An absolutely lovely location. This has now become a new favorite spot of ours. We plan to be regulars.
