It's not somewhere I'd go to hang out but the chocolate cheese cake is worth a stop in. The lady behind the til is lovely and friendly so waiting for takeaways is easy. I also recommend the award winning chocolate milkshake, a bit expensive when you buy it but once you taste it and realize how much chocolate went into it and you'll understand the price.

Absolutely love their ice creams, milk shakes, coffees and pastries. Whenever I visit, I like to try something new and I'm never disappointed.

I’ve lived in Avondale for years and meant to pop into this place on the strength of their “award winning milkshake” banners but never quite made it. What a mistake! Despite the odd, dark looking location next to a roundabout the shaded verandah was perfectly cool and breezy on a hot day, and the sweet treats in the cabinet looked AMAZING!<br/ <br/ I only intended to get a real fruit milkshake for my daughter, but somehow also ended up ordering a slice of Whittaker’s Dark Ghana cheese cake which was to die for rich, creamy and just sweet enough. The milkshake was pretty good too. <br/ <br/ My husband later joined us for a iced coffee and muffin disappointingly the blueberry muffin seemed to only have blueberries on top, although the texture was otherwise nice. <br/ <br/ Also a hit was the little plastic toy slide on the verandah which kept Miss 2 entertained for AGES!<br/ <br/ I’m definitely planning to return when we need something cold to get us through a hot summer’s afternoon.

Friendly staff and awesome ice cream, can't go wrong! Been there several times and have yet to be disappointed. Lovely selection of sweet treats that keep each visit exciting.

Amazing place to visit : there are only few places where you can food of your choice and this is one of the best one .We ordered the milk shake, sandwich and cheesecake. All were delicious.Even the staff is so helpful and so soft spoken . that we would definitely want to go here again and again.
