Mcdonald's New Lynn - Auckland

This place is beautiful and casual. The food was always fresh and fast. I often go and talk to the company because it's just a nice atmosphere.

Everything is great just the wait time for service is slower than most McDonalds so I always end up going to Kelston McDs

There is a particular gentleman at the takeaway window that is extremely polite and takes his order to the tee. Very professional and always gets the order right, with great mannerism. Servers sometimes aren't too bothered, so customer service could improve here. As the food, never had any major issues other than some burgers being cold, but that's a given being fast-food.

Always have a huge wait at this particular restaurant. Not today though just got coffee here as it was the only place open. Today service was good.

I ordered a McFlurry and Large Fries and that took over 15mins to make. Thats something that you just make as soon as it's ordered without thinking. Ridiculous. Not only that this poor lady who'd be waiting for ages as well was accused of not paying. Sad
