A perfect combination of innovation and Umbrian tradition. A well-kept location, with a picturesque panoramic view which immediately recalls the main theme of the restaurant, olive oil, a local excellence. Attentive, prepared and friendly service. Menu what can I say... five stars on everything!! I'll be back.

I had lunch with my wife and we chose the 7-course tasting menu, excellent dishes with excellent raw materials, you can feel and see the refinement of the dish. Welcoming and intimate environment with a splendid view of the Umbrian hills. Wonderful experience to definitely do again.
