Wendy's - Ashland

That's the worst place I've ever seen. Waiting time inside and on the ride thru is always terrible, even if there is no one else before you. You get the order wrong 75% of the time. I work near this place and often come here and they're the only place that gets worse and worse when I go.

When I came in, they soon closed and collapsed the floors. I just wanted a chocolate milkshake. I told the manager, to my surprise, he gave everyone my nephew and me. His generosity was absolutely noticed, because I was better than 12 hours on the road. I'm an actor, but I wanted to know who he was. Just somone, who took care. Great!

No matter when I come, they don't have food. I had to tell them on two occasions that there were no menu lights. They clean 2 hours before closing, so do not expect frost.

The reason I gave this place 3 stars is because they are not HOOK UP BUS DRIVERS! Most WENDY's in AMERICA, as well as most FAST FOOD branches offer BUS DRIVERS, with PASSENGERS with a FREE MEAL! Today my bus has about 50 people. It's $500. From this moment we have 2 MOTORCOACHES in this parking lot. These are over 1000 DOLLARS from SALES! I know this LOCATION as NO GO LOCATION FOR BUS DRIVERS! And I know ALOT OF BUS DRIVERS!!!!

These guys were packed the day I went with a few high school athletic teams. The staff remained calm and handled things as best they could. It took me 30 minutes to get my family to get our 4 for 4's, but what's the rush when you have everyone you love and care about right there with ya?
