Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Drive thru employee could have been friendly. Food was yummy.

Food gets worse everyime I visit Zaxby's! Chicken, wings, everything is cooked too tough‍

We used to love Zaxby's, but have not been in years. Took my elderly mom for lunch...very disappointed. Grilled chicken tasted rubbery and bland., fries were cold, fried chicken greasy. Bathrooms filthy, floors full of litter, restaurant just generally dirty. And, to top it all off, they had run out if KETCHUP!!!! Poor management! Would not return.

Zaxbys in Asheville NC yall should be ashamed of yourselves. This is supposed to be a Cobb salad. The lettuce didn’t even fill out the container. Where is the chicken? Where is the bacon? These salads used to be my go to and now they are my go away from!! Waste of money. Over $15 for this salad and a drink. Wow

My order is wrong every single time I come here. My food is also cold every time I come here, so it's almost like they just give me whatever they've already cooked instead of cooking me something fresh. Also, three times now they have held on to my card and almost let me drive off without it. The staff is always rude, the service is always slow, I don't know what's wrong with this location but it doesn't seem like it's getting fixed anytime soon. It's a shame that It's my favorite restaurant, it's the closest to my home and it's always horrible.
