Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Artesia

We were a group of 8... When we arrived, we were shocked to see that there was a line of about 10 customers in front of us. We were like Ughhhh! Is the ice so good??? We're like we're here. Less than 10 minutes, it was in order to order. The young lady was very pleasant and I informed her that we had a big group. She's like I have... what would you want? We gave her our orders, and they and their staff immediately went to work and began to treat us within 1 minute. I was impressed by the customer service, the time they made for preparing our order, and especially the sweetness and excellent service they provided. The ice cream was delicious creamy and taste was on point. Will definitely be back for more and if you are in the mood for big ice, you should definitely pass. Your prices are very reasonable and portions are great.

There was only one girl working here alone. She tried her best, and the world fought. But we had to wait super long. Ice was delicious.

Really good ice and service. You have a lot of flavors to choose and ways to eat it. I'm stuck with two pots, a rocky street and a mocha mandel. I don’t know if their “Ding” is made at home or super premium style ice cream, but it was very creamy, rich and tasty. One retreated was the lack of almonds in my pots. I don't know if I've become unhappy or if they don't put enough in, but I really noticed at the end, I guess that the ice was enough to distract my attention. There were four of us, and we all tried something else and nobody was disappointed. The service was also great. Very patient with all our questions and made great suggestions. Will be back.

Made an online order and it was such an easy process, and so worth it! When we arrived tgere was a long line, but there was a separate window for online order pickup! That was awesome and made it so much easier, the employees are super friendly and they pulled it out of a freezer ready to go! Thank you all for the delicious shakes and banana split We will definitely be back!
