Stopped by for a pre-thanksgiving treat before headed to see family. We ordered Cheesecake Factory (which was delicious) and a custom bowl. Alexis was phenomenal and gave great service. She is very knowledgeable of the menu and was able to prepare our order faster than any other ice cream place I?ve been to! I?d definitely recommend!

My husband and I frequent this location quite a lot since it is so close to our house. The staff used to be really good and friendly, but seems like that has changed a lot. Hard to get acknowledged anymore and they seem to care more about getting the to-go orders ready than waiting on people actually standing there. The ice cream is always very good. We went there on Sunday. The girl ringing out the customers overcharged us. It would help that they verify what you have ordered before they assume what you have ordered. Unfortunately, I did not catch it in time before the transaction was completed. We had used a gift card and paid the difference on a debit card. The manager voided out the ice cream that was wrong, rerang it and said we owed $6 more! How could we owe more when we got overcharged in the first place? I tried explaining to her that we had used a gift card and paid the rest with debit and that we should be getting a little bit back. She never did understand about the gift card, got flustered, and finally told us to just forget it that we could have a free ice cream. Like I said, we will go back for the ice cream, but the staff could seriously use more training and customer service skills.

This is such a great establishment! The cakes are always amazing! They have a whole section of ready to take cakes, cupcakes, and cookies. You can also order delicious custom products! Here?s one I purchased, looks so good!

Paid $5 and tipped $1 for a small cookie dough, but there wasn't any cookie dough in the ice cream. Kind of silly to ask for a tip on a $4 scoop of ice cream. It was the last of the ice cream in the pan. I guess the 16 year old scooping it didn't realize it. I'll just go to Oberweis.

Amazing, rich, and absolutely delicious ice cream. two medium waffle bowls cost me $18, but it was worth it. there were three water fountains with cups included, which was super helpful because we were thirsty after the ice cream. i definitely will come back!
