Wendy's - Arlington

It's truly remarkable how out of this entire staff only two people are capable of taking orders properly. Quite literally my entire order was wrong, yet when explaining this to Mariana , I don't believe she understood a single thing I said. There's no point in returning here again . Y'all really can't even improve after a month, that's just pathetic , one customer service drone to another . Even if your location has staffing issues and can't open the diner to customers, there is such thing as writing printing a sign , people do it all the time.

Wendy's isn't the best fast food option to begin with but this location is horrible. The floors are sticky, the tables left uncleaned and the staff are nothing more than warm bodies. Plan on your food taking forever then, once received, it'll be wrong.

Grandson loves Wendy's and treated me with a gift card he had misplaced at home. Food was okay and strawberry frosty was good

Trash. Took forever and forgot a sandwich from my order. Now I'm 4 miles away. It's crazy how hard it is to do the simple job of fast food.

They really sucks. I ordered the 4 for 4 and I got no fries, the nuggets was hard and the buger only had meat and bread. Will not be going there again.
