Razzoo's Cajun Restaurant - Arlington

Razoo is always a hit. great drinks great louisiana taste but tonight our eating was cold. Tuesday has special drinks options regarding the fat Tuesday

We were uncomfortable when we tried to call the time to place an order. so we come there, the young lady was beautiful, although I was not satisfied with the excuse she has for her, was not with taking orders for picking up via the phone. So we come home, which was about 15 minutes away and to our surprise the order was not correct. I called immediately and the manager assured me we would take care of it because we couldn't return. my fiancée had to go to work. he said, make photos and I did this. well, we called again and we didn't take care of how it told us. so pay almost $65.00 for eating, drinks and a dessert is absurd. we were flying everywhere. worst customer service experience ever. razoos might have other people playing games like these, but we are not this kind of people. the innocent people must suffer as others have acted. it is as if someone in our seafood plate has taken out a huge part. the pasta was cold. cheese that was there didn't even melt. it had no taste on which meat was tasted without sauce and no extra cheese or extra sauce, as I wish. this is my favorite dish of razoos. So I know how it should be. just terrible. I don't even want to give this place, not staring. guess what she finally agreed to give us at least one of the orders, and it must have been old because it was cold and still shameful. we also saw a series of people waiting for pickup and soneone was there with a do over! wow! I love razoos, but this place was my first time ever there.

I ordered the shrimp and catfish combo. They have downgraded the quality of their food. Breaded shrimp. And imitation catfish. The reason I know is because I was there in November 2021 gave them a glowing review on Yelp. I recind my review want my money back. Horrible.Food left a bitter taste in my mouth. I brushed and gargle can?t get taste out my mouth.

Was in town for a get a way. Really wanted to try Razzoo's because I had heard alot about it. Service was terrible and the meal looked and tasted like it was out of a box. I asked about what was in a drink because it looked good and the bartender just said let me get you a menu. Handed the menu to me and walked away for awhile. (I was only having water but the drink did look good. No silverware was offered until 5 mins after I received my meal, and the manager had to ask if I was ready for my check because the bartender just kept walking by me, and finally disappeared around the back of the counter. (The bar was not busy when I entered. I was only the 3rd patron.. Just not happy at all with the whole experience...and a bit over priced for the box food.

I like the place. I ate with my family my daughter graduation?The foods could be better but the drinks were good. I don?t remembered what I was ordered but it knocked me out cold. My daughter drove me home and told me that they have to carry me inside.
