I’ve gone to purchase food from this location multiples times and the food is always really good. and the customer service is great! cesar has taken my order and he’s really polite and gets my order right every time.

Just moved to Arlington tx from San Diego … I was hungry for some good pollo Asado like they make in Colima Mex .. I stop at Pollo Regio ?? where I was greeted By Cesar … He was super generous ..he explained the menu to me .. he advised me the half chicken with the works… then Cesar came over to check up on me … and asked me if liked chips… I said of course…. He pointed to the corner brought me a plate and said… that they were complimentary and which Salas was hot not so hot … then offered me a free brink fill up … but of the pineapple ? water… I love my new home of Texas … when my wife and kids get here … it’s definitely going to be Pollo Regio … hope some my L.A and San Diego ca people see this Because this pollo Regio Has It Down Like Religion ?????????? don’t pass on the free chips and salsa’s … pollo Regio On Cooper st … or something or something like that I don’t know the cross streets… just got here…. Excellent restaurant
