I wanted to tell them about the mistake, and they just gave me a double quarter peer. at this point, I did not feel up again to tell them to repair my burger. It was a waste of time, money considering that I used a gift card for this order.
The food was served quickly and my order was correct. In addition, McDonald's associate Amber was a pleasure. She was very helpful with the customer needs and when she wasn't busy when the checkout, she worked hard in the lobby cleaning of the drinks and ketchup counters, wiping tables and kiss. It seems the type of dedicated hard work employees most companies are looking for these days. Great work Amber!
Worst experience. I came by driving through order food home food was wrong calls with Angela spoke she was great told to bring the food they would replace. Go back through the drive thru got food drawn some checked it still wrong. When I turn around, I see Angela calling her back so she knows it's still wrong that she goes into the window and she's red and gave me a cake. Get my food exam. Get a bite home and it is pink as possible. Call up there spoke to Teresa and was told to go online and complain and my money back not even an apology.
I came on November 12 at 10:50 am. Buy happy meal on drive through. They put me at spot #3. I was waiting for 10 minutes then they come out with the food no sauce, I say I want fries instead apple slices. The guy said “No fries” you have to wait. I wait another 7 minutes. Then I have to get off the car to come inside. Buy happy meals for 20 minutes but you have to get inside to get the food. Do not coming here.
Waited in drive thru line for 45 minutes only to receive stale fries. Soggy nuggets and a burger with barely any condiments on it. The bun itself was hard. The fries were disgusting. Just disappointing.
