Hibachi 97 - Arlington

We called days ahead and made a reservation for over 20 people. When we showed up, they were shocked to see us all come in and very unprepared. They had one, JUST ONE chef there. We filled 3 grills. They had 3 employees to start and called in another guy when we were close to finished?at our table. The rest of our group was just ordering. The food was small portions and not a lot of flavor. Chef didn?t get order right from waitress and seemed irritated when we tried to tell him what all it was supposed to be. The veggies are a joke?we will NEVER dine here again.

The place was not so good for high price menu. I went to Hibachi 97 and had no service so expensive and no good food.

My children said that Hibachi 97 was the best part of today, and this is after the day's day in Hurricane Harbor!

This place is very slow. You have very bad service. My uncle tried to ask more butter for his meal, but the cook ignored him and continued to cook the rest of the meals. My uncle called his voice several times. The drinks took out forever, we ordered the drinks when we got there, they didn't come to our table until almost our food was ready. This is very unacceptable, I do not recommend this place, it is very slow and has very bad service.

A wonderful experience! We celebrated our 43th anniversary in Habachi 97. The food was wonderful, the people friendly and accommodating. And we met beautiful new friends. Thank you for an unforgettable evening. ?
