Kimy sushi - Apt

We were so very happy to find this ecellent sushi take out place near us. Very high quality sashimi, vinegarr rice and nems in perticular chiken and crab are our favorites. The place has a large sortiment of both vietnames and japaneese products but we are stuck on the above mentioned! Always fresh and delicious.

Based on the reviews on TA and hungry for sushi, we tried Kimy sushi as take-out. On the menu traditional sushi, but also some more exotic combinations including foie gras, parmesan or mozzarella cheese, rucola, pesto, beef carpaccio, curry or mint. The shop very simple, but kind service and the sushi quite a surprise: fresh and tasteful. Certainly not the most beautiful we ever had and a Japanese chef could teach a lot about cutting sashimi, but we will definitively try Kimy sushi again.

Very disappointed, we did not eat half of our order, cabbage not fresh bathing in a sweet sauce, quality and freshness more than mediocre.

The sushi are very good. the service is friendly and smiling. quality is at the appointment I recommend it.
