This afternoon, I'm happy! Advised by the Tourist Office, we went to the Valseuses to see the eyes closed. It's been a few months since I made the decision to follow a vegetarian diet and like a great gourmet, it's often a disappointment when I'm in front of the card. But surprise, in this bistro in a small village of France the menu changes every day with only and always two choices to the map, including a vegetarian! And here no pesto pasta, cheese croquette or burger with vegetable cakes that we can all make at home but original and delicious recipes! Even with a full restaurant and a terrace provided by several dozen customers, the service is pleasant and fluid, you can eat in 1 hour but you do not feel obliged if you want to train. Thanks to the OdT and thanks to the team of this restaurant for this wonderful lunch. And good appetite for everyone, go! (French cuisine with strong Asian inspirations, with seasonal products, local producers of the region)
We enjoyed this hot day with this soba and tataki beef salad. We love the concept of the card that changes very often and the mutuality that we perceive between the different traders of the city.
I went there twice and every time I went out enchanted. Food is extra and subtle seasonings. Beautiful decoration, contact is human, beautiful boss and smiling waitress. I am back in my country and I always dream of the delicious vegetable lasagna I enjoyed. I highly recommend!
A restaurant a little out of the ordinary, we enjoyed the reception, the atmosphere, the proposals of dishes and wines selected each month. The old white wine mule of the Catalan coast was excellent, the original dishes that mix several types of kitchens, we loved these singularities.
