Fiiz Drinks Highland - American Fork

Terrible customer service. I needed to exchange some cash $20 broken into 2 $10s and this snotty girl at the register was like “buy something first” I said okay, your menu says “Water Starting At $1.65” I said I will get whatever water costs $1.65. Then she said oh nothing costs that much it actually starts at $2.50. Like ??? I said I just want the water on the menu for 1.65 a legitimate purchase and she scoffed at me and told me good luck getting change for my 20$ somewhere else. Problem A. the menu is WRONG to say it starts at $1.65. illegal? Problem B. the employees need better customer service training. Nervous about a potential scam should make people cautious not nasty and make people feel terrible! 0/10 for the knockoff upsell Swig.

Management has got to figure out the drive through situation! There are signs everywhere to get it so people aren't blocking the parking lot. Today when I got there, there was a long line of cars blocking the whole parking lot and several cars stuck. So I waited on the designated spot for the line to die down so I could move forward without blocking the parking lot, which I'm sure the people who were finally able to leave during that time appreciated. Then, as it was almost my time to move up without blocking anyone, some woman came and just cut me off and got in line. And another person after her. So essentially, you can be rude and block the parking lot or, if you follow the signs, you'll get cut off repeatedly. We used to go here all the time but I think we're done. It's too frustrating to try and get a soda, and half the time they forget to add cream to the drink anyway, which is particularly annoying since it's kind of an expensive add on.

I went after school one day and ordered 2 drinks with my friends, they got 1 drink right but the other drink was supposed to be Dr Pepper but it was Mountain Dew but they gave us a free drink and they got it right also the donuts are the best!

It’s soft drinks. Can only do so much. Kinda expensive.

Customized soft drinks might seem like an odd concept, but the menu is frankly amazing. If you haven't tried this yet, it's well worth it. The shop in Highland not only has the classic drive thru, but really nice counter service. There's a reason there is a line.
