Arby's - American Fork

I love Arby's but this location never seems to be open when the hours say they are later in the evening. I was there a little after 10pm on a Friday. I waited at the drive thru for almost 5 minutes and no one took my order or responded to me asking ifthey were open despite the signs being on. I saw a worker taking trash out so I know there were definitely employees on site.Sucks because Arby's is one of my favorite go-tos and this is the closest one to me. Saratoga Springs seems to be the only onethat reliably follows it's hours and is open later.

Place was closed when it should have been open. Somehow meet some of the staff they were nice. I have been to this Arby's a few times and either it's been closed or the food Somehow wasn't good and I like Arby's. I won't go back to this branch.

Went to the drive Thur for lunch today and one of the male employee he was cashier., was completely yelling at one of the employees all he told me was the total of my food not what I had or what I was paying for. He was also paying more attention towhatever was happening in the back that he handed me my food. And I had no clue if it was my food or not. I ask him if that wasit three times and he stopped yelling at the employees in the back and smiled not a single word I work in the service industryand I don?t believe this is right service. I hope he isn?t a manager. there was a lot of cars behind me as well so I understandif there is rush. I hope the employees who got yelled at are okay.

The chicken sandwiches are decent. The roast beef sandwiches are always dry. The ice cream machine is always broken. We probably eat there once a month and know to avoid certain items. If I could, I would probably give it 2.5 stars, but didn't feel itmerited three stars.

Past couple of weeks I have had good service and my roast beef was sliced to the right size. Before it was thick and wasn't as good. Forgot to mention the shake machine is out of service.
