You don't deserve a star. Rude Service! They were upset that we specified fresh pommes! You shouldn't have to ask for fresh food! Fries was still cold! I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last restaurant on Earth. That's all I'll say! Food: 1/5

I wanted to go through at 7 p.m. and I didn't tell any more pancakes tonight. Open up to 10, but not to make? If it is on the menu, it should be available at any time during regular business hours.

Although the service was good and the place was very clean, the food was even good. The colleague was wrong. Odd taste. The crispy crust of the chicken was dark and tasty. Either wrong ingredients or filthy frit or both. Disappoint. Food: 1/5

Came to get food, big mistake. Pretty much everything was messed up and I never got a receipt. Tried calling several times with no answer. Came back by to let the, very rude, manager know and she didn 't say a word to me. They fixed my order to their liking I guess. Didn 't fix my drink that was messed up, no apology. The employees thought it was cute to talk about it and have attitudes the entire time. Couldn 't even get the sauces I asked for right and got mad because I asked for them again. Do NOT recommend going to this KFC. Sad service. AND corporate can 't even answer their phone... So, I wonder why it 's not run like it should be. ?

Lady at drive thru cut communication early and missed half my order. And she didn't give me the cookies that were part of the 12 PC or larger combo. Very disappointed in the customer service interaction, probably won't return again as it's very expensive and very far out of my way to be missing half of my order. And they didn't give us any utensils. The star is only because the sweet tea was good. Otherwise my order was mostly half cared for. And I found hair in my friend chicken more than once.
