Chick-fil-a - Amarillo

I typically give Chick-fil-A a 5 star rating. This is the first time I have ever been to a location where everyone seemed to be distracted. From the person taking my order, to the manager out in the line who seemed bothered that I asked which way to go, As their cones were a bit funky. Overall it was a bad experience which stinks, because it is the reason I frequent them. Food was good that's why they get the two star.

I absolutely love this Chick-fil-A and the staff there. Majority of the time it consists of the same people every time I go. This last time I went I was getting lunch for my daughter to take to school, and my luck was I reloaded my Chick-fil-a card, and the app kicked me out and then wouldn't let me log back in. I typically use Samsung pay and didn't bring my wallet, but it wouldn't work when I arrived. I was crunching with time and couldn't figure out how to pay for it. In the end, Hershey, one of their employees helped me get it paid for and out in time for my daughter's lunch. THANK YOU! The service is always top notch and I have zero complaints on the food!

Not the best experience. I am not familiar with this place. Ordered a kids 5 piece Chicken Nuggets meal. Got popcorn Chicken bits. 4 piece chicken nugget meal at competitor has way more chicken.

Food was excellent. I made a mistake with the app before we arrived and our order was actually inside the mall food court, not at this pad site. I reordered here and called the other location to donate our food to someone inside as we were passing through town.

First time eating at Chick-fil-A and it lived up to its expectations. The only thing is that I ordered a 4-Piece chicken tender and as I was eating it the fourth one had some kind of hair on it, but the manager quickly fixed it and gave us a second four piece chicken tender. So everything was okay besides that one incident, but the manager quickly fixed it. I would eat there again.Kid-friendliness: Well they have a kid playroom so I'm pretty sure they're quite kid friendly.Parking: The parking is a little awkward and there ain't that many spots to park.Wheelchair accessibility: And there's a wheelchair accessible ramp
