Chick-Fil-A - Amarillo

While my children love Chick-Fil-A, this is the second time that I have come in the last few months and I have waited FOREVER in the drive through life, what is the point of ordering ahead when we still have to wait for? This time I ordered a Nugget meal over 25 minutes, the last time I ordered three different meals and ended sending my older child with the younger two to use the bathroom because we sat for so long. I understand this place is always busy, but wait 20 minutes for some nuggets it's a little much. We're not coming back until I hear it or see it.

That was my third time in Chick-fil-A. I enjoy the great customer service and the atmosphere. I would definitely rate this place higher if the food was cheaper, but almost $12 for a chicken sandwich with just a few pimples and some sauce on it, and a few fries is just not worth it to me. I feel like it's very faded. I like the company and its values, but it's just too expensive. Child-friendly: They had a playground for children.

It always looks like a long line, but I swear they get our food fast. Customer service is excellent. And the new Sriracha sauce for the nuggets is amazingFood: 5/5

Had a great experience in the Drive-Thru! I had placed an online order before the time. I forgot to add a sauce to my meal and made a point to ask if this was useful. Very detailed orientation and the food is always great :

I think they want everyone to go through the drive thru. So many employees standing around and only one register open for dine in and waited ten minutes to order when only two families in front of. Not a typically friendly Chick-fil-A as everyone avoided eye contact while we were waiting in line. They were too busy talking to each other.
