Linda was an enthusiastic and detailed order taker. While I was waiting the manager asked me how I was doing. Super friendly staff and sandwich made correctly. I like mine with Country Rustic instead of that loaf of focaccia they try to give you. Great experience!

Ordered 3 smoke house barbecue chicken sandwiches and 2 strawberry banana smoothies on 2-25-24 at approx 7:30 pm got home had 3 beef sandwiches. Told they were out of bananas so asked for 2 strawberry. Person slammed 1 smoothie down on counter and was told that's all they had. Won't be going back. Complete waste of money.

Sorry excuse for a $5 soup got 2 for my sick daughter and I only to get dang near nothing . The bread was burnt. I've sadly been continually get disappointed results and food from this

Been coming here occasionally for years. Have noticed a decline in service similar to other recent reviewers. I 'm not about to give a 1 star, but it 's clear that something has changed and management needs to address it. I 've been coming here daily for the last month because of the sip-cup promotion, and half the time the coffee carafes are empty, and I have to wait ~5 minutes to get someone 's attention to refill them. Most of the employees seemed to be low energy individuals; sure I get that good workers are hard to find, but some more effort may be required to maintaining a sense of morale here. So after my frustration with the frequently empty carafe issue, I decided to use the drive-thru instead thinking that would be faster way to get a cup of coffee, but is often extremely slow. When this sip-cup promotion is over I don 't see any reason to pay for the subscription since it would be faster and much cheaper to brew my own coffee at the office. $2.89 for a cup of stale coffee from a carafe is unjustifiable.

Soup and lemonade were delicious, only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the length of time it took for the meal to be prepared. Store was very busy, to be fair.
