Terrible service. Old lady who made the food gave us an attitude to tell us that we go outside because they don't serve inside and go through the drive thru Screaming. While there is no sign that says not able to serve inside. I'm really mad at this experience.

Probably the worst service you can get on campus! Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Pollo Tropical and I would eat it every day if there was a better Pollo Tropical on campus, but I really try to avoid this one at all costs. After plenty of really horrible experiences build up over a three year period, I have finally made the decision to severely limit going to this specific Pollo Tropical. Here a list as to why: 1. Long waits, if you ever want to get to class on time, make sure to plan an hour before if you're craving Pollo Tropical. 2. Better hope that you can try to communicate in some type of Spanish, because everyone who runs the food out never speaks any sort of English. 3. Probably the worst trained employees, no customer satisfaction. if you're asking for something extra or for a refill on a soda then prepare yourself to pay extra for it. 4. This specific Pollo Tropical DOES NOT and I repeat- ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT know about or accept any promotions the company has had. 5. The food is literally more expensive here than an actual Pollo Tropical off campus. 6. Makes sure to always double check the contents of your food, I've noticed that they have tendencies to make lots of mistakes. 7. Poor management all around. I would gladly be willing to update my review if there are changes made to this restaurant in particular, the simple fact of the matter is that 9/10 times I've gone, I've received really s service here. I'm not bashing Pollo Tropical, I genuinely enjoy Pollo Tropical's food and I just hope that some college kids can take a reference to this.

Hands down the intersecrion of most delicious and also cheapest food on campus. Always get the quarter chicken with 2 sides, bring my own water bottle to avoid a drink. That or a small tropichop both come out to less than 6 dollars including tax. Very filling and very healthy. Pro tip: they have hot sauce hidden in the back.

This campus pollo tropical location is just as good as the regular fast food ones throughout the city. The staff has always been friendly and completed orders in a relatively short length of time (in the face of long lunch rush lines in the Graham center)

Worst service. They charge more than Pollo Tropical outside the university. cilantro sauce is extra. tray are always wet with water. So they mess you up. no soda refills !!
