Waikiki Cafe Sushi Express

Food is good and reasonably priced. The people are so kind and helpful as well! Definitely one of my new fav places to stop by after hospital visits.

The worst restaurant I have ever been to.The thinnest dynamite roll piece I have ever seen and one order has only 6 piece of these.Why is this place still open?I would give no star if I can.

Dosnt appear to be more than a lunch stop for visitors to the hospital or drs offices upstairs. I walked in from the bus so that was easy with no issue to me for parking. Its a quaint little spot that does sushi, sandwhiches and soups with cookies on the side. Looking over the menu, I wouldnt say the sushi isn't cheap, but the sandwiches seem an ok deal. I had the wonton soup and found its colour lacking and the broth was a bit ripe with sesame oil and no real body of taste other than i found it too salty. Thr wontons themselves along with the shrimps were fine but also a bit salty. Would i come back? Maybe. I would likely try the sushi but i would be a be caustious of the price. I will hope its good. The guy beside me got a cali roll and it looks nice. The owners seem nice, their english is limited and thry seem like hard working and proud owners.

Fresh sushi roll. They made it on the spot. Food is fresh and healthy. Place is clean. Reasonable price

I wouldn't recommend this sushi. Scallop roll was warm and tasted tangy. ? Food handling questionable, he served the miso soup bowl with his full hand? holding the lid.
